The Nextera Approach

This is by invitation and by capacity not by default.

For private clients building or renovating to an exceptional standard, we bring the same rigour we apply to major assets fabric-first design, Passive House methodology, and building services engineered to actually perform once the client is living in the result. We accept a small number of these projects each year, chosen for the calibre of the brief.

For a small number of engagements each year, we take a project from initial concept through design, installation, and commissioning commercial or residential. This is not our default offering it's reserved for projects where the client relationship and the technical brief align closely with how we work.
